INSTRUCTION – rules of renting


  • Borrower shall submit ID with photo
  • Bike is rented on the base of the written agreement concluded between the Kampinos Bike Rent and an adult client.
  • Borrower is expected to deposit his/her ID.
  • Employee of Kampinos Bike Rent may refuse to rent the bicycle in justified cases.
  • Borrower shall take full responsibility for all damages arising during the time of using the bike.
  • Handing over the bicycle by Borrower to another person is not allowed.
  • The rented bicycle is in working order and is equipped according to pursuant traffic regulations.
  • Total compensation [including the cost of the rent] of bike related to the damage coused by not proper-standard use of bike or it’s theft shall be born by the borrower.
  • In the case of the theft of a bike and/or rented equipment the borrower shall be charged with the amount defined in the concluded agreement.
  • Borrower shall waives all claims against to Kampinos Bike Rent related to accidents, suffered damages or harms in the time of bike use.
  • The borrower must be drag and alcohol free.
  • Borrower is obliged to inform the Kampinos Bike Rent about possible damage of the bike or another not typical events immediately.


THE AGREEMENT OF THE RENT
Concluded on…………………………………in ….………………………………..between Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo Usługowe Mieczysław Falaciński with it’s seat at 5 Janusza Kusocińskiego In Palmiry colled hereinafter Kampinos Bike Rent, and …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. with the permanent address ………………………………………………………………………………………….. holding the ID number …………………………………………….. called hereinafter Borrower.
1. The subject of the agreement is lending/renting the bike number ………………………….., according to the Instruction of renting rules.
2. Bike(s) is/are rented for the time starting from…………………………….. To ………………………..
3. The Kampinos Bike Rent shall handover the bicycle in working order and equipped pursuant to traffic regulations which Borrower confirms with his/her signature.
4. Borrower obliges to use the bike according to intended use and is fully responsible for possible events coming from its not proper use.
5. Borrower confirms that he acknowledged with instructions of renting rules and fully accepts it and also shall obey it.
6. Payment for borrowing the devices are defined according to the price list. The contract can be concluded for : full or part hour, the defined time or days (24 hours-rate ).
7. The Kampinos Bike Rent is not responsible for any latent defect in material and part of device.
8. We charge the rent after giving the bicycle back.
9. In the case of theft The Borrower is obliged to pay back both the value of bike and equipment in amount of………………………………………………………………….
10. The provisions of the Civil Code shall be applicable in issues not governed by this Agreement. All disputes resulting from concerning or arising in connection with this agreement shall be finally settled by Ousting jurisdiction by the Court proper for the seat of the Kampinos Bike Rent.
11. This agreement has been drawn in two copies one copy for each part.


I agree for the processing of my personal data pursuant to the Act of 29 August 1997 Dz.U (Journal of Lows) number 133 item 883 by the Kampinos Bike Rent for the needs of the process of renting.
